About the Role

Join our frontline team as a Caller. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to patients, providing timely check-ins, answering inquiries, and ensuring a compassionate and supportive care experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to patients to monitor their health status and provide emotional support.
  • Accurately document patient interactions and update medical records in our internal systems.
  • Escalate critical health alerts or patient concerns to the appropriate medical professionals immediately.
  • Educate patients and their families about CareMyMed services and care plans.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or healthcare support.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • High degree of empathy and patience when dealing with elderly patients.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM tools.
