About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations for multiple healthcare partner organizations.
- Lead, train, and evaluate teams of remote callers to ensure high-quality patient interactions.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations (HIPAA/local equivalents) when handling patient data.
- Generate performance reports and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize operational workflows.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, operations management, or team leadership.
- Proven track record of managing remote teams effectively.
